Objective

ErgoHide is a Slovenian brand offering premium, custom-built ergonomic desks that blend modern design with functionality and personalization. Their goal was to increase online sales while maintaining cost-efficiency and profitability.

 

The brand faced several challenges:

  • Expanding into international markets with limited brand awareness outside Slovenia
  • Operating in a high-cost, competitive product category
  • Navigating long consumer decision-making cycles for high-ticket items
  • Scaling revenue while maintaining a strong return on ad spend (ROAS) in a short time frame

Solution

To expand into new markets and drive high-quality leads, ErgoHide, in collaboration with Admixer Media, implemented a strategy based on Google’s Performance Max and Search campaigns.

 

The setup included:

  • Search Campaigns: Smart bidding with Broad Match, streamlined structure, and “Excellent” Ad Strength. Purchases were set as the primary conversion action.
  • Performance Max Campaigns: Full coverage across YouTube, Display, Search, Discover, and Gmail, powered by Enhanced Conversions and Customer Match Lists.
  • Audience Signals: Google’s AI was fueled with custom intent keywords, search themes, in-market audiences, interest categories, and website visitors — all contributing to precise targeting and effective scaling.

Results

The campaigns delivered significant growth in a short period:

 

  • 376.67%  increase in conversions 
  • 165.05%  increase in conversion value
  • 268.09%  increase in ROAS
  • 18.82% decrease in average CPC


Encouraged by the results in France, ErgoHide replicated the model in Germany with equally strong performance.
