Objective

Before optimization, the client’s advertising campaigns were focused exclusively on lead generation without considering lead quality. Meta did not receive data on the full customer journey, so optimization was driven by volume rather than lead value. This resulted in a high cost per conversion and limited budget scalability.

 

To address this challenge, Admixer Advertising, together with the client and with the support of Meta, aimed to implement a Conversions API for CRM integration via amoCRM.

 

The goal of the project was to improve lead quality while simultaneously increasing lead volume, reduce the cost per conversion, and ensure transparency across the customer journey for more accurate optimization.

Solution

  • To address these objectives, Meta Conversions API (CAPI) was implemented.

 

  • Server-side transmission of key events (lead, qualified lead, and purchase) was set up directly to Meta.

 

  • A CRM integration was implemented, ensuring proper event validation, deduplication, and synchronization between the CRM, CAPI, and Pixel.

 

  • Following the CAPI launch, the audience structure and optimization strategy were revised based on events with high business value.

Results

As the results showed, a comparative analysis of costs before and after CAPI implementation reveals a remarkable 78% reduction in cost per lead. This figure not only confirms the effectiveness of CAPI but also highlights significant potential for further optimization of marketing spend.

 

Overall, the implemented changes reflect more accurate attribution, improved algorithm learning, and higher-quality audience engagement across all stages of the funnel.
