Objective

Jaram Resort is a premium mountain complex under construction on Kopaonik, set to open in 2026. Just 1.5 km from the center, it will offer ski-in/ski-out access, an indoor promenade with shops and restaurants, and a wide range of modern amenities — designed for year-round comfort and convenience.

 

With support from Admixer Media, the agency SmartWeb set out to generate high-quality leads for apartment sales at the resort — engaging future owners and investors ahead of the official launch.

  • Defining “submitted inquiry” as the primary conversion and tracking call button clicks as a secondary
  • Integrating Enhanced Conversions and HubSpot CRM for better attribution and conversion accuracy
  • Connecting essential tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, and YouTube
  • Using Search campaigns to build audiences with strong purchase intent

Results
