Goal

Englify is an online english platform based in Uzbekistan. 

 

At the start of the project, Englify was already our client and relied on alternative channels to attract users, without using Google Ads. We identified an opportunity to expand their acquisition funnel and recommended training their internal digital specialist so the company could build its own Google Ads expertise rather than relying solely on external partners.

 

The project goals were:

  • preparing an in-house digital specialist for effective work with search advertising and official Google Skillshop certification to activate campaigns;

  • establishing a new performance channel and optimizing customer acquisition costs.

 

Solution

We designed a full end-to-end training program for Englify’s in-house digital specialist to ensure the company didn’t just adopt a new advertising channel, but built internal expertise aligned with Google’s standards. The training was entirely hands-on: our expert conducted one-on-one sessions, guided the launch of the first campaigns in Englify’s real Google Ads account, explained core optimization principles, and provided structured materials for self-study.

 

The final step was preparing the specialist for the Google Skillshop certification exam, including a detailed breakdown of the test format, common pitfalls, and the Search-specific requirements. This approach enabled the specialist to pass the certification successfully and immediately begin running campaigns according to Google’s best practices.

Results

After the training was completed and Google Ads was fully implemented, Englify established a new performance channel that delivered CPI (-14%) and CPC (-32%) results below industry benchmarks from the very first campaigns.

 

The digital specialist successfully passed the Google Skillshop Search certification, providing Englify with sustainable in-house capabilities and a solid foundation for further scaling of advertising activities. He launched and optimized campaigns following Google Ads best practices, which helped reduce traffic acquisition costs, increase conversion volume, and diversify acquisition sources.
